25SR/25SRC 2.5" X 11 Gauge Steel Gravity Roller Conveyor

Gravity Roller conveyor is used to convey packages on permanent or temporary lines in warehousing activities, shipping department, assembly areas, etc. Majority of products will convey with a minimum amount of pitch. Heavy-duty gravity roller curve conveyors add versatility to straight gravity roller conveyors. Curves are supplied with 2.5″ or 2-5/8″ diameter rollers mounted in a powder painted steel channel. Curves may be furnished with rollers set high, or with rollers set low to form 3/4″ high guard rails.

• Widths: Between rail widths of 13″, 15″, 17″, 19″, 25″, 27″, 31″, 47″, 51″ and 55″ are available.
• Frame: 4″ deep x 1-5/8″ flange x 4 gauge powder painted formed steel channel with bolt-in cross members set high, welded cross members set low.
• Rollers: 2.5″ diameter x 11 gauge steel tubing. Bearings are labyrinth sealed and grease packed.
• Butt Couplings: For bolting sections together
• Axles: 11/16″ hex shaft, spring loaded
