Conveyor supports are optional equipment. For most applications, a conveyor on the ground wouldn’t solve the problem, so we offer a variety of conveyor supports to fit almost any application.

Specifications

Model SL

Light duty conveyor supports constructed of 12 ga. steel channels and 10 ga. footplates. Available from 7-1/4″ to 104-1/4″ top of support elevation. These supports are designed to work with our light duty conveyors: 138A, 138G, and skate wheel.

Model SM

Medium duty conveyor supports provide up to 1,500 lbs of capacity per support. These supports feature 12 ga. inside and outside channels, 10 ga. footplates, and cross braces up to 7 ga., depending on between frame width.

Model SH

Heavy duty conveyor supports provide up to 3,000 lbs of capacity per support. They are made of 10 ga. formed steel inside and outside channels, 10 ga. foot plates, and up to 7 ga. cross braces, depending on frame width.

Model SS

Structural steel supports provide up to 6,000 lbs of capacity per support. Structural steel cross braces, inside, and outside channels are welded to formed steel footplates.

Model SS3530

Super-duty structural steel supports provide up to 12,000 lbs of capacity per support. Made entirely of structural steel members, these supports can stand up to your heaviest loads. Design to work with our 3509 gravity conveyors and 3530 CDLR conveyors.

Model PSM

Poly-tier supports provide support for at least two levels of conveyors, even more with optional additional cross-pipes. Poly-tier conveyor supports are constructed of 7 ga. formed-steel upright legs, 7 ga. attachment “hat brackets”, and 1″ inside diameter cross pipes.
