This award comes as the company celebrates their 60th Anniversary and reflects on how far they have come as a business over the years. With 44 dedicated team members located in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York, the award is a testament to how Conveyer & Caster has stayed dedicated to their roots, despite their growth over the past six decades.

This is the 12th year for the annual Top Workplaces list from The Plain Dealer. Their goal with the program is to continue recognizing companies that actively engage their employees, feature standout cultures, and do what they can to attract and retain top talent in the Cleveland area.

The 2021 award winners, including Conveyer & Caster, were judged on slightly different criteria than previous years because of the pandemic and highlighted companies that offered incentives and perks to employees to alleviate stress during such a difficult year.
