Grateful & Giving
2022 was a strong and productive year in advancing our customers’ operations. From integrated conveyance and storage systems to ergonomic casters and material handling equipment, our team stayed true to our mission of improving the flow and safety of our customers in a really big way. We added multiple team members throughout the year and continued battling the headwinds in supply chain and material costs to produce and deliver a record-breaking number of solutions to our customers—and we are so very thankful for the privilege of working with each of them!
In addition to our company growth, we are also very proud of our team for their continued commitment to growing our support for local charities. Throughout the year, our employees have the option to give to our annual collection which is donated to the local Salvation Army Harbor Light Complex—and this year was also a record-breaking year of giving! The Harbor Light Complex is an amazing organization that provides housing, alleviates hunger, and combats addiction within our community.
In continued tradition, multiple team members also dressed up (quite stylishly if I may add) as bell ringers at Market District in Crocker Park to raise additional funds for the Salvation Army. Seeing our team’s willingness to give generously to help their community is something truly special and we know that the team at Harbor Light Complex will use the assistance to help as many as possible. Thank you for all that you do Harbor Light Complex team!!

2023 Focus & Advancement
Moving into 2023, our company remains focused on the pillars that make us a valuable solutions provider to your business. Multiple technical and process-driven roles were added and filled in 2022, aligning additional resources to developing and delivering the total warehouse systems that help you operate more efficiently. Alignment and optimization throughout our ERP system and operating procedures are also continued priorities, ensuring that we continue to enhance your experience with quality service and order execution. Expanded operational and customer service roles will also work to achieve our 2023 goals and provide additional support to our customers and sales professionals.
Other initiatives focused on customer solutions include a host of new websites for your caster, cabinet, and wire cage and partition needs. Along with displaying these solutions online, we are also enhancing our showroom and demo areas to include the latest in handling, storage, and automation. Recent additions include new pallet rack and storage solutions, an electric warehouse vehicle, and a Vertical Life Module (VLM) which automates part storage—significantly increasing picking speeds while drastically reducing required floor space. 2023 additions will include a new Hytrol conveyor system with the latest controls and logic and additional warehouse automation solutions.
